A Taste of the World Cuisines
Explorers set out on the old spice trails, the silk roads and followed the trade winds to search and to discover new and old worlds, spices and herbs, ancient and new cuisines.
Food will be fresh, light, healthy and full of textures and flavors from across the Seas, Islands and Continents; prepared in open on stage kitchens.
The food offered will have a variation of freshly baked bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It serves pizzas, soups, salads, light western cuisine such as pastas, a grill for healthy meat and seafood dishes, a variety of vegetarian dishes.
